SharpSpring enables you to use tags to group multiple Campaigns together. For example, Facebook is a campaign that you can group with Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc to form a Social Media group. Then you can run a report on that group to determine how well your social media marketing is doing.
The following video will show you how to use group tags in SharpSpring. However, if you prefer, a written step-by-step guide is available below the video for your convenience.
Step-by-Step Guide on Using Group Tags
Step 1: Mouse over "Analytics" in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Select "Campaigns" in the drop down menu.
Step 3: Just below the "Analytics" tab, click on the gray gear symbol and select "Manage Campaigns" in the drop down menu.
Step 4: Locate the Campaign that you would like to tag. To the right, click on the gray gear box and select "Edit Groups" in the drop down menu.
Step 5: Write in the name of the group or, if you have already created a group previously, select the group you want to add this Campaign to.
Step 6: Click on the gray "Close" button.
Step 7: Return to the campaign insights page by mousing over the Analytics tab and clicking "Campaigns." Once you're on the page, click on the "Build your customized report" field and begin typing in the name of group tag. The group tag should appear in the drop down.
Step 8: Click on the group.
Step 9: After you click on the group, you will be able to run a report, which can then be exported to a CSV file.
