You may have noticed are the "Get Contacts" and "Convert to Lead" buttons, which appear near the top of the company profiles page in VisitorID. These buttons are equally important, but serve entirely different functions. When an anonymous visitor comes to your site, SharpSpring will check with our data partner ZoomInfo to see what information they have in their database for the company. The results of that search will dictate which button will appear.
Get Contacts Button
When ZoomInfo has information in its database for the visiting company, SharpSpring will display the "Get Contacts" button. Clicking that button brings up a list of contacts provided by Zoom, often with phone numbers and email addresses. This may or may not include the specific visitor that came to your site, but it provides you with some a starting point for calling or email.

Convert to Lead Button
When Zoom Info does not have information in its database on the company, SharpSpring will display the "Convert to Lead" button. Clicking this button will save the visitor as a lead in "Contact Manager."
