Setting global merge variables in SharpSpring only takes a minute. Global merge variable settings apply to every email that you send with SharpSpring. By default the from name, from email address and disclaimer entered in the settings page will automatically be applied to every email sent from every user in your instance of SharpSpring. The following image is how global merge variables appear in the email editor.
(Note: The global merge variable settings can be overwritten in the email editor. More information on how to change the from name and from email address in SharpSpring can be found here.)
