Here's a quick guide on how to build a dynamic list that only includes leads that have clicked on a specified link from an email.

Building a Dynamic List Based on Clicking a Link in an Email

Step 1: To build the list, start by clicking on the green "New" button in the top right corner of SharpSpring.

Step 2: Select "Lists" in the drop down menu.

Step 3: Create a name for your list and then click the blue "Create List" button.

Step 4: In the "Trigger & Filters" section, click on the contact drop-down box (It's the 2nd drop-down box to the right).

Step 5: Select "visits from the email" and then in the field to the write begin typing in the email you want to send.

Step 6: In the next drop-down box, select the number of times the lead has to visit the site from the email in order to be added to the list. Let's select 1 time for this demo.

Step 7: In the last drop down box, select "exactly."

Step 8: Click on the blue "Add Rule" button.

Once a person visits the webpage from the link in the email, he or she will be added to the list!

You should now have a better understanding of how to build a dynamic list based on clicking behavior using SharpSpring. As always, if you have any questions or concerns you can send an email to partnersupport@sharpspring.com.
