Creating a Dynamic List of contacts who have unsubscribed from receiving future emails only takes a minute.

Creating a Dynamic List of Contacts that Unsubscribe

Step 1: In the SharpSpring app, select "Analytics" in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Select "Email History" in the drop down menu.



Step 3: Click on the gray gear symbol. This is located on top of the left side panel.

Step 4: In the drop-down menu, select "Unsubscribes."


Step 5: In the next screen, you should see a list of the contacts who have unsubscribed. Click on the gray "Options" box located in the upper right corner of the page.

Step 6: In the drop-down menu, select "export to CSV."


Step 7: Now once you have downloaded the CSV, you need to upload the file to a new list. If you would like to know how to upload another CSV file into a new dynamic list, click here.
