Step-by-Step Guide on how to View Email Statistics
Step 1: Click on "Analytics" in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Select “Email History” in the drop down menu.
Step 3: Click on the email you want to view. In order to see the statistics, you need to click on the email in "subject" column on the left side of the table. If you click on the blue text under the "Email" column, you will just see the email itself.
Step 4: On the next screen, you can view a visual representation of the data in a chart as well as the hard data about the email. The data that is collected by SharpSpring includes message sent, unique open, bounce rate, etc. You have now successfully viewed email statistics!
