Overview of User Roles

Modified on: 2014-11-05 09:18:45 -0600

SharpSpring enables you to assign roles to everyone that has access to SharpSpring. The four roles that you can assign are site admin, manager, salesperson and call center. The site admin has the most control out of all of the user roles and has access to all of the features on SharpSpring. This includes the ability to dictate the roles of other users.

(Note: If your screen dims, but doesn't do anything, that means you're trying to do something in SharpSpring that your user role doesn't allow. Usually the screen dims, because a popup menu is supposed to appear, but this menu won't show up unless your user role gives you access to that part of SharpSpring. The following chart should provide you with all the details necessary for assigning user roles.)

You should now have a better understanding of how user accounts function using SharpSpring. As always, if you have any questions or concerns you can send an email to partnersupport@sharpspring.com.
