SharpSpring enables you to access your client's instance of SharpSpring to collaborate and get an inside view of how they are using the app.
Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing Your Client's Instance
Step 1: Click on the gray "System Admin" button in the top right corner of SharpSpring.
Step 2: Select "Settings" in the drop down menu.
Step 3: In the left side panel, click on "Manage Clients." It's located in the "Client Settings" section of the panel.
Step 4: A list of clients will appear on the screen. Click on the gray gear box (Settings) to the right of the client.
Step 5: Select "Switch to Manage" in the drop down menu.
The view will immediately switch to your client's instance of SharpSpring.
(Note: If you're a "Client Manager," you can easily switch between different instances, without having to go to the "Settings" page. By clicking on the company name in the upper right corner of SharpSpring. It's located just below the gray "System Admin" button you used earlier to access the "Settings" page.)
Now you have successfully accessed your client's instance of SharpSpring!
